Service · Power Automate
Stop paying salaries for work a flow can do at 3am, for free.
Microsoft Power Automate is the workflow engine inside the Microsoft licences you already own. We build the flows that retire the spreadsheet-juggling, copy-paste and email-chasing that's quietly eating your operating budget.
What it is
The automation layer your business already pays for.
Power Automate is Microsoft's enterprise workflow and RPA platform. It sits inside Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, connecting your apps, data and people through flows — small, reliable programs that run when something happens (an email arrives, a row is added to SharePoint, a file is uploaded, a schedule ticks over).
For most South African businesses we work with, Power Automate is already included in their existing Microsoft 365 licensing. They just don't have the in-house Power Platform engineering to put it to work. That's where we come in.
Power Automate is part of the broader Microsoft Power Platform we work across — alongside Power BI, Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot.
Capabilities
What we build with Power Automate
Cloud Flows
Event- and schedule-triggered automations that run in the Microsoft cloud — no servers to maintain. Connect SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dataverse, SQL, custom APIs and 1,000+ standard connectors.
Desktop Flows (RPA)
Robotic Process Automation for legacy systems with no API — Sage, Pastel, browser portals, Excel macros, scanned PDFs. We let bots do the keyboard-and-mouse work your team is doing today.
Approval Workflows
Multi-stage, parallel and conditional approvals routed through Teams, Outlook or a Power Apps interface — with full audit trail, escalation rules and SLA tracking.
Scheduled Orchestration
Nightly data syncs, month-end report distribution, recurring reconciliations, expiry reminders. Anything you currently put a reminder in your calendar for.
System Integration
Custom connectors to ERPs, accounting systems and on-prem databases via the on-premises data gateway. We make systems that were never meant to talk to each other exchange data automatically.
AI-Augmented Flows
Flows that read documents, classify emails, extract invoice line-items and call Copilot/GPT models inline — replacing whole categories of human triage work.

Cloud Flows
The workhorses of modern operations
A cloud flow is a sequence of actions that runs in Microsoft's cloud whenever a trigger fires. We design them around real business events — an invoice landing in a mailbox, a quote being accepted in CRM, a row appearing in SQL — and route the work automatically to the right system, the right person, and the right next step.
- Native triggers from Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Forms, custom webhooks
- Branching logic with conditions, switches, loops and parallel branches for real-world process variation
- Error handling and retry policies that make flows resilient to flaky downstream systems
- Monitoring & alerts so you know about a failure before your customer does

Desktop Flows · RPA
For the systems that refuse to integrate
Not every system in your business has an API. Sage, Pastel, legacy ERP modules, browser portals from suppliers, government compliance sites — many still require a human to log in and click buttons. Power Automate Desktop is Microsoft's Robotic Process Automation tool that handles exactly that work.
We build bots that operate these systems the way a person does — opening windows, typing fields, reading screens, downloading reports — but without the lunch breaks, the typos, or the salary. RPA is usually the fastest route to ROI on legacy-heavy estates.

Approval Workflows
Sign-offs without the email chase
Most approval bottlenecks are not strategic decisions — they're email threads that lost their way. We replace ad-hoc approvals with structured flows: routed to the right person automatically, actionable directly from Teams or Outlook, escalated when SLAs slip, and logged for audit. Finance loves them. Operations loves them more.
- Sequential or parallel
- Conditional routing
- Approve in Teams
- SLA escalations

How we work
A delivery model built for production, not demos.
01
Discovery
We sit with the people doing the work, map the current process step by step and identify which tasks are repetitive, rule-based and high-volume — i.e. genuinely worth automating.
02
Design
We draft the target flow, define triggers, actions, exception paths and the data model. You approve the design before a single connector is configured.
03
Build
We build in your Microsoft tenant using your existing Power Platform / Microsoft 365 licensing — no third-party tools, no extra subscriptions, no vendor lock-in.
04
Hand-over
We document the flow, train your team, configure monitoring and alerting, and stay on for a hyper-care period to fix anything that surfaces under real load.
Pairs well with
Power Automate is rarely alone
Most engagements combine flows with one or more of the surfaces below. Explore the broader Power Platform service catalogue.
Integration & Data Engineering
When flows need to move data between Sage, SYSPRO, SQL Server and SaaS — or land it in Fabric — integration patterns take over.

AI Agents & Copilot
Add reasoning and natural language to flows that handle unstructured input — emails, documents, free-text requests.

Power Apps
Give users a custom interface to trigger, monitor and act on flows — Canvas, Model-driven or pro-code Code Apps.
